Why I Created This

As a successful business owner, optometrist, and national lecturer in practice management, I’ve walked the path of structure, science, and service. I run a multimillion-dollar private practice, lead a team of associate doctors, speak on national stages, serve on a legislative-appointed task force for learning disorders, and sit on the board of the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the culture we've cultivated. Patients often comment on the joy and warmth they feel the moment they walk through the door. Our team operates with genuine synergy, and we have an impressive record of employee longevity. That doesn't happen by accident—it comes from energetic leadership, aligned systems, and a deeper commitment to purpose.

And—I’m also a mother of two young children.
